The You Pray prayer blog provides you an opportunity to post comments about your experience in prayer, words of encouragement, suggestions for a future prayer focus, or a scripture or spiritual insight you may receive from the Holy Spirit. North Way elders will read and review each comment before it is posted on the blog.

After you type your comment, click the Post Comment tab. You will be asked to select a profile. Select “Anonymous” as your profile (unless you have an account under one of the other profile selections and wish to use that profile). If you wish, you may add your first name or initials at the end of your comment, but please do not post your last name.

I can't wait!
ReplyDeletethis sounds great and can't wait to start
ReplyDeleteThis is great! EdV
ReplyDeletethis will help a lot of people get closer to GOD
ReplyDeleteWas led to end my prayer session tonight by listening to Matthew West's "The Motions". My new favorite song and theme to live by. Lord, please help us to all have your all consuming passion inside of us and give EVERYTHING to you!
ReplyDeleteThis is so beautiful ! But we can't forget to pray for others beyond our own concerns. You know how we have to give to receive, so let us pray and give sacrificially in our prayers, even praying for our enemies as the Lord commanded. Led to pray for Islamic people after viewing the Christian movie on CTV about the life and death struggles of Christians in Iraq and Iran :)
ReplyDeleteThank you for asking us to come alongside the elders and church leadership in prayer. Glad to see North Way focusing on becoming a house of prayer.

ReplyDeleteAfter ending my prayer session, my heart was extremely heavy with regard to not only our youth attending Proms but also Graduation Parties. I praised and thanked God for protecting those driving and/or attending parties where not all will be be discipline to say "No" to evil temptations. And I asked our Father to protect them physically, as well as any decisions that might be potentially fatal.
ReplyDeleteThankful that the leadership is talking to the King! And praying that their listening is just,as it seems to be, frequent. Then praying for all of us to be able to do what The Lord asks of us as we've listened, even if it takes courage.
ReplyDeleteI did the study Discerning the voice of God and throughout the study I knew I had to go back to my old ways of prayer and journaling. I thought that 'old way' was old and needed to find something 'new' to get more connected to God. Prayer is your connection with God.
